Welcome to Elara App. By accessing or using https://elara-app.ai (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

1. Services Provided
Elara App provides a vulnerability scanning service that leverages multiple scanning tools and AI technologies to assess the security of your code and provide actionable insights.

2. Subscription Plans
Users may subscribe to different plans that include a limited number of scans:
	•	Free Plan: 5 scans
	•	Pro Plan: 200 scans
	•	Enterprise Plan: 10,000 scans

Scans are non-transferable and subject to the terms of the selected plan.

3. User Accounts and Authentication
Users sign in via GitHub OAuth. We collect your name and email address during this process.

4. Data Collection
We collect the following types of data:
	•	Personal Data: Name and email address (via GitHub login).
	•	Non-Personal Data: Cookies and related web tracking information.

5. User Conduct
You agree not to use Elara App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to violating applicable laws or uploading malicious code.

6. Ownership
All scan results and summaries provided to you are for your personal or business use and do not confer any ownership of Elara App intellectual property.

7. Modifications and Termination
We may modify these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will notify you via email. Continued use of the Site after the update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
